Our in-house skilled service team will complete a full diagnostics routine and provide repair quote for your approval. Units are calibrated, firmware is updated and thoroughly tested to guarantee premium performance. Adtec repair parts include a warranty from date of return shipment.

A health check is performed on units consisting of a point based inspection, airflow channels are cleared and water cooling performance checked. Calibration is performed where necessary. Generators are fine tuned to perform optimally in all power ranges and matching unit networks are fine tuned to factory standard.

Whenever you report a product issue to Adtec our customer support team will issue a RMA number. Using this RMA number will help identify and track the status of the product through the repair cycle. Should you wish to report a new product issue please contact us to receive an RMA number.
